Oluchi Ejiofor

Oluchi joined Mackenzie Construction in February 2022 as Managing Surveyor.

This is her first role as a Managing Surveyor leading our commercial team. Having worked in both the building and civil construction industry, she has over 18 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Oluchi’s role is to provide overall commercial support to the business, by ensuring that our risk exposure is limited.

Her goal is to develop and strengthen the team with training, mentoring and recruitment where necessary and has also introduced several new commercial policies which are being considered for implementation.

Oluchi graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen with a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveyor & MSc Construction & Property management, and another Master in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Oluchi is a very passionate person, always concerned about people’s wellbeing and prides herself on treating others as she herself would expect to be treated. Her goal is to ensure that the commercial team are given the opportunity to reach their full potential and wants to ensure the commercial team always provide value to the business.
