Our partnerships are a valuable part of our business. Whether formal or informal, we have several key partners some of which play an important role in strengthening our offering for our clients and others who help to create a positive culture and work environment for our people.
People Ambassador
As part of our commitment to people and creating a supporting and collaborative environment, Mackenzie Construction appointed Para Nordic skier, Scott Meenagh, as its People Ambassador in 2019. Scott has fully integrated himself with the Mackenzie Construction business and has played a huge part in engaging and inspiring our people.
Through various speaker sessions Scott has shared his insights on important topics such as change, mental resilience and motivation and his friendly, down-to-earth approach completely aligns with our culture.
Glasgow Warriors
Mackenzie Construction has been the Official Civil Engineering Partner of the Glasgow Warriors since 2018. The relationship between the club and our business goes far beyond a standard sponsorship agreement with our shared values strongly cementing our long-term partnership.
These shared values have seen us collaborate on important causes such as raising awareness for some brilliant charities, keeping our people motivated through the COVID-19 pandemic and inspiring our young people.
