Mark Bramley

Mark joined Mackenzie Construction in 2022 as Regional Director covering the North of Scotland.

Having graduated from Robert Gordon University with a degree in Quantity Surveying in 1995, Mark worked on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial projects with Robertson Group, before moving on to Pat Munro (Alness) Ltd in 2001. Here he continued his development across a diverse range of services including civil engineering, utilities, housing development, quarry products and waste disposal & recycling. He then progressed into senior management roles within operational and support service areas of the business, affording him the opportunity to broaden his skills, knowledge and experience, ultimately resulting in him being appointed a company director in 2013 and culminating in promotion to the role of Managing Director of their Construction and Homes divisions in 2021.

Mark has been a member of the board of CECA Scotland (Civil Engineering Contractors Association) since 2015, holding the position of Chair for two years from 2021.

Mark is passionate about the development of people, and he feels fortunate that his positions have afforded him a chance to help support the training and development of new entrants into the industry.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys swimming, walking and other activities that might help keep the middle-aged spread at bay! He is a dedicated fan of Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC and was delighted to be there the day they lifted the Scottish Cup in 2015!
