Project Managers Management & Leadership course
We held our final session of the Project Managers Management & Leadership course at Scotstoun Stadium on 7th November 2023. This course is designed and delivered by Graeme Crombie to help Mackenzie Construction employees develop management and leadership skills within their current roles and as they progress in their careers.
The Management and Leadership course puts a large focus on being highly interactive in group workshops, including group discussions, presentations, interactive exercises, and guest speakers. The aim of these group workshops is to encourage better leadership thinking and sustaining leadership effectiveness.
We were delighted to have Kyle Steyn from Glasgow Warriors in attendance as our guest speaker. Kyle talked about the values and culture within Glasgow Warriors before presenting each of the Project Managers with their certificates on the back of the completed Management & Leadership Training course which was delivered by Graeme Crombie.
