Management and Leadership Programme
Mackenzie Construction’s various Heads of Department recently undertook a Management and Leadership Programme that ran as six one-day sessions. The final session, which was attended by all the Directors, included each Manager sharing a presentation on their personal reflections from the course, along with their plans on how best to grow and develop their respective teams.
Mackenzie Construction’s People Ambassador, Scott Meenagh, attended the final session and shared his thoughts and reflections after listening to each of the Managers share their presentations. Scott will be catching up with each of the Managers over the remainder of 2023 to see how their plans for developing and growing their respective teams are progressing.
All the Directors, who were in attendance, were immensely impressed with the individual presentations. These presentations reflected a strategy of specialists in their respective fields working together as “one team” to achieve the shared aim of successfully delivering projects on behalf of our clients.
The day concluded with Scott presenting Training Certificates to all in attendance, including Mackenzie Construction’s longest-serving employee, Valuations Manager, Sharon Wylie.
