Mackenzie Construction Supports East Renfrewshire Build Programme

Last week, Mackenzie Construction was proud to host the East Renfrewshire Build Programme at the Mackenzie HQ in Glasgow. The initiative, spearheaded by East Renfrewshire Council and Business Gateway East Renfrewshire, aims to empower local businesses in the construction and associated industries by providing them with opportunities to grow through public and private sector collaborations.
This partnership-driven programme, involving Hub West and top-tier contractors, provides invaluable resources for local businesses. It includes workshops, presentations, and expert insights to help participants navigate procurement processes and unlock potential growth opportunities.
Mark Brown of Mackenzie Construction delivered a compelling presentation on pre-construction strategies, offering attendees a deep dive into the company’s operations. The event also featured contributions from Managing Director Andy Dalrymple, further showcasing Mackenzie’s commitment to the region.
Reflecting on the session, Colin McNally of Business Gateway highlighted the positive impact of Mackenzie Construction’s involvement:
“The East Renfrewshire Build Programme moved to the Headquarters of Mackenzie Construction this week. What a warm welcome we received and what truly insightful presentations from Andy Dalrymple and Mark Brown on what Mackenzie does. The Construction company business owners who attended were grateful to Mackenzie for hosting this week of the programme and also for providing so much information on the business and what it does. A company which is embedded in East Renfrewshire and one Business Gateway is looking to work with in the months and years to come.”
This collaboration underscores Mackenzie Construction’s dedication to fostering local economic development and strengthening community ties.
