Mackenzie Construction Supports CECA Academy at South Lanarkshire College

Mackenzie Construction is thrilled to announce its involvement in the CECA Scotland Academy at South Lanarkshire College, a transformative training initiative designed to equip young people with the skills and experience to thrive in the Civil Engineering sector.

The CECA Scotland Academy offers a comprehensive 18-week program, providing participants with hands-on training and practical experience in a real-world working environment. Upon completion, students earn a National Progression Award (NPA) and are guaranteed an interview with a local construction company which is an incredible launchpad for a lifelong career in Civil Engineering.

As part of Mackenzie Construction’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent, we are delighted to support both the personal and professional growth of young people in the areas that we live and work.

CECA Scotland Academy at South Lanarkshire College proudly welcomed its next cohort of students on January 20, 2025. We were delighted to have been involved in creating an immersive and realistic training environment for the students.
