Mackenzie Construction is proud to announce that we have renewed our partnership with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity for 2026/27, continuing our commitment as an official Company Supporter.

Since first partnering with Lighthouse Club in 2024, we have remained dedicated to supporting the emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing of our employees and the wider construction community. Lighthouse Charity provides a range of free, confidential services, including a 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline, Text Support Service, a Self‑Support App, and a Wellbeing Academy offering guidance on stress management, resilience, debt, and suicide awareness.

The charity also supports workers through its nationwide network of Lighthouse Beacons, providing safe spaces where individuals can connect with others who understand the challenges of the industry.

As the only charity solely focused on construction industry wellbeing, Lighthouse Charity’s mission to reduce suicides, improve workforce welfare, and keep support services free aligns closely with Mackenzie Construction’s values.
