Works are now complete at Coillesdene House in Edinburgh on behalf of City Of Edinburgh Council.

The £253,086 contract involved Concrete repairs to the external fabric of the building including render repairs, cill repairs and encapsulation of asbestos cladding panels. The installation of new Lourve windows. fairing coat repairs and painting of concrete at ground and 1st floor levels also formed part of the contract. Works to building elevation were completed with repair and paintwork to stairwell windows. We also carried out building roofing works, which involved the removal of asbestos tiling installation of new steelwork (ladders and door), replacement of the lightning protection system and we re-fixed the perimeter concrete panels.The contract progressed well and considerations into the residents welfare was considered at all times.
