We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to support on our key framework clients in England, Severn Trent and Northumbrian Water.
Reporting to: Project Manager
Department: Structural Refurbishment Division
Job purpose: The individual fulfilling this role should be a competent and qualified site supervisor, it would be advantageous to have experience on structural refurbishment projects and or experience working on clean water assets.
Key accountabilities
Accountable for running multiple sites at any one time
Maintain productivity onsite and ensure delivery within project timescales
Compile and maintain site specific HSEQ documentation.
Ensure sites are established/set-up to the correct standards
Maintain accurate site records of work carried out and resources used
Maintain regular communication with the Site Agent/Project Manager on site progress
Identify scope and commercial change onsite and escalate as required
Monitor weekly site costs and report on site performance
Promote company policies, values, and initiatives

Experience and knowledge:
Essential
Proven track record in the safe delivery of individual projects
Knowledge of Civil/Structural Projects
Experience in overseeing Subcontractors
Understanding of Site Safety Requirements
Recognise what good looks like from a quality perspective
Desirable
Experience of structural refurbishment techniques such as waterproofing, concrete repairs, over-banding of joints etc
Experience working in a clean water environment and within confined spaces
Qualifications & attainments
Relevant construction qualification from college/university or time served site experience coupled with relevant SVQ level 4/5
Relevant IT Skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Project, Excel etc
