Vacancy: Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to support on our key framework clients in the North of England: Severn Trent and Northumbrian Water.


Reporting to: Project Manager

Department: Structural Repairs Division

Job purpose: The individual fulfilling this role should be able to demonstrate a wealth of technical competence with respect to concrete repair materials and systems allowing them to manage the safe and efficient delivery of projects on site

 Key accountabilities 

Accountable for running multiple sites at any one time.

Compile and maintain site specific HSEQ documentation.

Identify scope and commercial change onsite and escalate as required

Monitor weekly site costs and report on site performance

Demonstrate full knowledge of various structural repair techniques

Carry out advanced surveys/inspections to determine substrate defects (Hammer test, Pull off test, Chlorides & Carbonation etc)

Produce detailed reports which demonstrate understanding of failure mechanisms with potential solutions for clients

Person specification

Experience and knowledge:


Should have at least 6 years’ experience in Structural Repairs

An excellent understanding of concrete repair system applications and processes


Previous experience in working and leading a small team of engineers

Experience with confined space working and within the water industry knowledge

Qualifications & attainments

Relevant construction qualification from college/university or

Time served site experience coupled with relevant SVQ level 4/5

Relevant IT Skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Project, Excel etc

Driving license
