This project was undertaken within a live environment of a school building which was used daily by the local community during the school holidays. All the works were self-delivered by our in house management and resources.
The works involved the concrete repair works to 11 Elevations throughout the building including joint sealant works and crack repairs. Access to be gained to high level areas via Suspended Access Cradles and MEWPs.
A collaborative approach was maintained throughout the contract period to ensure we co-ordinated the works with the agreement of the Council and noisy works, were kept to an absolute minimum with weekend working permitted to reduce this issue.
