Mackenzie Construction has a management structure that naturally caters for the needs of Minor Works in parallel with Major Project works.
Mackenzie Construction traditionally undertakes our works using our highly trained in-house resources. We are committed to this form of delivery and work hard at continuously improving our capability.
Based at Thornliebank in Glasgow, we undertake works throughout Scotland for many Valued Clients. Our Management Team is structured to facilitate delivery of a range of works spread throughout a geographically diverse area. This Team consists of approximately 45 staff members supported by a highly trained in-house labour force in excess of 100. Each member of the Team is fully empowered to deliver the works for our customers and in a position to make autonomous decisions to ensure works programmes are not disrupted by the need to refer back to Head Office managers for guidance.
