Mackenzie Construction carried out a further contract for Aberdeen City Council for the refurbishment of three multi-storey block of flats in the Balnagask area of Aberdeen.

The project at Morven, Brimond & Grampian Courts involved repairs, waterproof coatings and replacement of joint and window sealants to 3 of  the 14 storey blocks of flats.

The £558K contract involved the overcoating of the existing external finish to the blocks with and elastomeric hydrophobic paint system along with other associated works.

The works were overseen by Consulting Engineers W A Fairhurst and Partners.
