This project was carried out on behalf of Falkirk Council and consisted of the replacement of balcony enclosures on a 14-multi-storey block in Camelon.

Elderly residents occupy the building and our site staff is in close liaison with the residents to ensure they suffer no disruption or discomfort, during the progress of the works.     The refurbishment involved the removal of existing balconies and replacing them with Nor Dan Screens and Internal Decoration.    The works involved the use of a cantilever scaffolding system to build new roofs on top of the balconies.   A Mast Climber System was used to gain access to the balconies on the external face of the wall.  The final article will give added life and appearance to this important housing stock.  The project progessed well and come in at £850,000 in value.
