We have recently successfully won the tender for the remedial works at Grieg & Hutcheon Couts, a project supervised by W A Fairhurst & Partners on behalf of Aberdeen City Council.

The works involve the external refurbishment of 2 multi-storey blocks in Aberdeen City Centre using specialist access cradles.  The refurbishment includes application of specialist Liquid Plastics waterproofing system and decorative coatings to the balconies as well as concrete repairs, joint sealant replacement and application of anti-carbonation coatings to the external concrete elements of the building with Sika Materials. The value of the works came in the region of £405,773.
