Refurbishment works on two 15 storey blocks for the City of Edinburgh Council are now complete, well within the contract duration.

The main works have been the replacement uPVC Windows installed from mast climbing platforms.  These works required close and constant liaison with the tenants to ensure access was available to eight flats per day, in order to meet the contract requirements.

Other works on this £900,000 contract included replacement coverings to flat roofs, concrete and render repairs, balcony metal work and painterwork.
