      Seaton Multi-storey's, Aberdeen

Mackenzie Construction carried out this project in Aberdeen on behalf of Aberdeen City Council.

The works involved External fabric repairs and elastomeric overcoating works to six blocks within the Seaton area of the city valued at £792,000.

The works were carried out from a Skytrack cradle system which was installed on the blocks as part of the contract.

The use of the cradle restraint system has significantly reduced downtime due to high winds so far on this contract.
