Mackenzie Construction undertook a major external refurbishment at Hutchison House Multi Storey Flats in Edinburgh as Main Contractor on behalf of City of Edinburgh Council.

The £800K Works  involved the installation of new double-glazing throughout, new insulated render system, replacement gas risers and new balcony handrails. Our own Structural Repair operatives carried out the works to complete the concrete repairs to balconies and anti-slip deck coatings.

Mackenzie has completed several projects of similar nature for the City of Edinburgh Council, and are pleased to be considered for these important projects and maintain our good working relationship with this Client.
