      External Refurbishment  
     

    Mackenzie Construction has extensive experience of External Refurbishment Projects in all sectors of the construction industry. These include buildings, bridges, dams, jetties, multi-storey and all other sectors. We have the capability and appropriate in-house resources to carry out external contracts to include those of civil engineering, residential and industrial nature.

                  

    Projects which we have successfully carried out have included over-cladding, new windows & doors, over-roofing, bridge decks, parapets, brickwork, masonry repairs, columns & beams, joints, waterproofing and others. Techniques used include polymer modified sprayed concrete, plate & Kevlar bonding, coatings, repining, hydro erosion and hand placed concrete & mortars. Projects we have carried out include the following:

    • Lynedoch Court, Greenock – Overcladding
    • Finnieston and Sawmills Overpasses
    • Shaftesbury & Phoenix Courts, East Kilbride
    • External Refurbishment at Luing, Airdrie - Phase 3
